🌿 Live Arrival Guaranteed (terms below)
🌿 Live Arrival Guarantee
We carefully pack and ship every plant to arrive healthy and ready to grow.
If your plant arrives damaged or unhappy, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace it or issue store credit — no plant parent left behind.
Please note that a heat pack must be purchased from November - March in order to leverage our Live Arrival Guarantee as we cannot guarantee plant survival in cold weather conditions.
An electric showstopper that looks airbrushed by neon lights — ruffled lavender leaves edged in hot pink create a surreal, otherworldly glow.
Tough yet glamorous, this award-winning hybrid (from Renee O’Connell) thrives in bright sun, showing off a luminous gradient of violet, fuchsia, and blue-green.
Perfect centerpiece for arrangements, planters, or succulent art — each rosette looks like it’s mid-transformation into a glowing flower.
Low-maintenance and drought-tolerant, it’s a “set it and stun them” kind of plant.
Sun Exposure:
☀️ Outdoors: Full sun to bright partial shade; sunlight intensifies the pink margins and brings out its namesake neon glow.
🏡 Indoors: South- or west-facing windows are best; rotate occasionally for even color and shape.
Too little light may dull colors and flatten those signature frills.
🥶 COLD WEATHER WARNING
It’s officially “Don’t Let Your Plants Die” Season.
Winter’s creeping in like an overwatered fungus gnat — and your tropicals, succulents, and carnivorous cuties are not here for the frostbite.
🔥 Plant Heat Pads are in stock
Perfect for boxes of babies in transit or giving your windowsill darlings a cozy, root-warming spa experience.
Plant Sizing Guide
What Size Am I Getting? Let's Break It Down.
We get it—plant sizes can be confusing. Is a “small” the size of a golf ball or a grapefruit? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Below is a quick guide to help you understand what each size means when shopping our plants. Measurements refer to the plant body, not including the pot (unless noted).
Tiny
- Baby plants or starter plugs. May be rooted or freshly cut. 0.5"–1.5" wide.
- Example: Butterwort plug, small seedling
Small
- Young plant, well-rooted, 1.5"–3" wide or tall.
- Example: Aeonium cutting, sundew cluster
Medium
- Established plant, 3"–5" wide/tall. Ready for repotting or display.
- Example: 2–3 year-old cactus, flowering flytrap
Large
- Mature plant, 5"–8" wide/tall. Great for centerpieces or statement planters.
- Example: Dioscorea elephantipes, pitcher plant
XL (Collector Size)
- Rare or mature specimen, 8"+ or unusually large or sculptural in form.
- Example: Caudex giants, multi-head aeoniums
📦 Note:
- Pot sizes (if included) are listed separately on product pages.
- Some species naturally stay small—even large ones might only be a few inches wide. Check individual listings for details.
- Photos are of representative plants—your plant may vary slightly (because nature’s not into clones).
