Yes! We want to ensure you are set-up for success right from the beginning!
Every order receives a growing tips guide, and a QR code that links to more information for the specific type of plants purchased. In addition, we have Digital Download Plant Guides that can be purchased on our website.

Do I need a grow light?
Maybe. If your setup has low natural light, a small grow light can help. Think of it as TLC for your plant.

At Wild Wonders Oasis, every live plant is hand-packed with care, mild obsession, and the goal of getting your new leafy, spiky, or bug-munching friend to you safely.
We currently ship within the United States only. Digital products are available for instant download globally.
Where We Ship
We ship to addresses within the United States. Digital products are available for instant download globally. Please note that some plants are prohibited in certain states. We will contact you if we are not able to ship your plant to you and will refund your order.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping for live plants. Plants have paperwork, rules, feelings, and sometimes drama. We’re keeping things U.S.-only for now.
Shipping Options
Shipping rates and delivery speeds are calculated at checkout.
Depending on your location, you may see multiple carrier and shipping speed options available. Choose the option that works best for your timing, weather, and plant-parent anxiety level.
Order Processing
Most orders are packed and shipped as quickly as possible while making sure your plants are safe for the journey. We primarily ship between Monday and Wednesday each week. Temperature sensitive plants will be held to the next Monday if the total transit time requires weekend storage in a carrier warehouse.
Live plant orders may be held briefly during extreme weather to protect your plant from arriving crispy, frozen, or emotionally damaged. Mail carrier warehouses and transit trucks are not air conditioned or heated. We take this into account when shipping out your plants if they are temperature sensitive.
You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Live plants are carefully packed to help prevent damage during transit.
Depending on the plant type and listing details, plants may ship:

With moss, soil, or packing support as needed
Please review the product description before ordering so you know exactly what is included. Some plants may not include a pot or soil unless clearly stated.
Tiny plant surprise? Cute. Missing pot surprise? Less cute.
Weather & Heat Packs
Plants are living things, which means weather matters.
During cold weather, we may recommend or require a heat pack to help protect your order. If temperatures are low in your area, please add a heat pack when available.
Important cold-weather notes:

Heat packs help, but they are not magic dragon eggs.

Please ship to a location where your package can be brought inside quickly.

Avoid letting plants sit outside in freezing or very hot temperatures.

If your area is experiencing extreme weather, consider choosing a faster shipping option.

Live Arrival Guarantee
We want your plants to arrive happy, healthy, and ready to begin their new life judging your windowsill.
If your live plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Plants are natural, living things. A tiny leaf ding or travel wrinkle can happen. We promise to pack with care, but we cannot promise every plant arrives looking like it just finished a spa retreat.
Digital Products
Digital guides and downloads are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice an address issue after ordering, contact us as quickly as possible at support@wildwondersoasis.com.

Delays
Shipping delays can happen due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other chaos goblin events beyond our control.
Once your order is with the carrier, delivery timing is managed by the carrier. That said, if something looks unusual with your tracking, reach out and we’ll help where we can.

Potted / bare root clarity. What does this mean?
In general, we ship plants bare root in order to lower the overall shipping cost. This also protects the plant from accidental damage that can be caused by loose soil and/or loose planter pots.
Some plants, like Venus Flytrap or more delicate succulents, must be shipped with their planter pot.

Do You accept returns?
We do not accept returns for plants due to the potential for pest contamination.
If you have an issue with your order please contact us within 48 hours with your order number, pictures of the plant(s), and a brief description of the issue.
We respond within 1-2 business days and will do our best to resolve it quickly and kindly.
Do You ship internationally?
Keeping It Local For Now!
At this time Wild Wonders Oasis only ships within the United States. As much as we'd love to spread plant joy across the global, international shipping for live plants comes with a jungle of restrictions (and a few customs officers who don't share our love for all things plants).
We're working on ways to expand in the future-but for now, we're keeping things stateside to ensure safe, speedy delivery and happy, healthy plants.
