Yes, a handful of our carnivorous plants actually prefer a humid bathroom windowsill over a dry desk. Sundews and butterworts are native to boggy, humid habitats — here's our humidity-loving lineup.
Do these need a humidifier?
Not necessarily — a naturally steamy bathroom with a bright window is often enough. A humidity tray or occasional misting helps in drier climates.
Will they be okay without direct sun?
Bright, indirect light is best. A bathroom with a frosted or sheer-curtained window usually works well.

The plant was packaged suspended in the middle of the box held up my tape! What a genius way to make sure your baby doesn't get crushed. There was plenty of water surrounding the plant wrapped within plastic to assure a wet arrival. One or two ends were dead but the rest was absolutely great.
absolutely beautiful! it came well packaged and was in perfect condition. I have over 20 stalks! Great deal!
