At WildWonders Oasis, we take pride in shipping healthy, happy plants that are ready to thrive in your care. Because we’re dealing with living things (and not socks or toasters), we handle returns a little differently—so here’s everything you need to know:
Our Guarantee
We guarantee your plant will arrive alive and healthy. If your plant arrives damaged, dead, or not as described, we’ll make it right.
✅ Covered by our guarantee:
- Dead-on-arrival plants (with photo proof within 48 hours)
- Major shipping damage affecting plant health
- Incorrect plant sent
❌ Not covered:
- Minor cosmetic issues (bent leaves, lost soil—plants travel hard!)
- Damage from cold/hot weather due to unpurchased heat/cold packs
- Issues reported after 48 hours of delivery
- Failure to follow care instructions
Returns
💌 How to Report an Issue
- Respond to our order confirmation email address within 48 hours of delivery
- Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the plant and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We respond within 1–2 business days and will do our best to resolve it quickly and kindly.
Weather Notice
We highly recommend adding a heat pack to your order during extreme temperatures. We can’t guarantee plant health without it if your package is exposed to freezing or scorching conditions.

At this time, Wild Wonders Oasis only ships within the United States.. As much as we'd love to spread plant joy across the globe, international shipping for live plants comes with a jungle of restrictions (and a few customs officers who don't share our love for caudiciforms).
We're working on ways to expand in the future—but for now, we’re keeping things stateside to ensure safe, speedy delivery and happy, healthy plants.
