At Wild Wonders Oasis, every live plant is hand-packed with care, mild obsession, and the goal of getting your new leafy, spiky, or bug-munching friend to you safely.

We currently ship within the United States only.  Digital products are available for instant download globally.

Where We Ship

We ship to addresses within the United States. Digital products are available for instant download globally.  Please note that some plants are prohibited in certain states.  We will contact you if we are not able to ship your plant to you and will refund your order.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping for live plants. Plants have paperwork, rules, feelings, and sometimes drama. We’re keeping things U.S.-only for now.

Shipping Options

Shipping rates and delivery speeds are calculated at checkout.

Depending on your location, you may see multiple carrier and shipping speed options available. Choose the option that works best for your timing, weather, and plant-parent anxiety level.

Order Processing

Most orders are packed and shipped as quickly as possible while making sure your plants are safe for the journey.  We primarily ship between Monday and Wednesday each week.  Temperature sensitive plants will be held to the next Monday if the total transit time requires weekend storage in a carrier warehouse.

Live plant orders may be held briefly during extreme weather to protect your plant from arriving crispy, frozen, or emotionally damaged.  Mail carrier warehouses and transit trucks are not air conditioned or heated.  We take this into account when shipping out your plants if they are temperature sensitive.

You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Live Plant Shipping

Live plants are carefully packed to help prevent damage during transit.

Depending on the plant type and listing details, plants may ship:

• Potted
  
• Bare root
  
• Wrapped with protective material
  
• With moss, soil, or packing support as needed
  

Please review the product description before ordering so you know exactly what is included. Some plants may not include a pot or soil unless clearly stated.

Weather & Heat Packs

Plants are living things, which means weather matters.

During cold weather, we may recommend or require a heat pack to help protect your order. If temperatures are low in your area, please add a heat pack when available.

Important cold-weather notes:

• Heat packs help, but they are not magic dragon eggs.
  
• Please ship to a location where your package can be brought inside quickly.
  
• Avoid letting plants sit outside in freezing or very hot temperatures.
  
• If your area is experiencing extreme weather, consider choosing a faster shipping option.
  

We want your plant to arrive alive and dramatic in a good way.

Digital Products

Digital guides and downloads are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

If you have trouble accessing a digital product, contact us and we’ll help.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice an address issue after ordering, contact us as quickly as possible.

If the order has not shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help.

Delays

Shipping delays can happen due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other chaos goblin events beyond our control.

Once your order is with the carrier, delivery timing is managed by the carrier. That said, if something looks unusual with your tracking, reach out and we’ll help where we can.

If your live plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

What Is Not Covered

Our Live Arrival Guarantee does not cover:

• Plants left outside in extreme heat or cold after delivery
  
• Damage reported more than 48 hours after delivery
  
• Incorrect care after arrival
  
• Use of the wrong water, soil, or lighting
  
• Carrier delays outside our control
  
• Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect plant health
  

Plants are natural, living things. A tiny leaf ding or travel wrinkle can happen. We promise to pack with care, but we cannot promise every plant arrives looking like it just finished a spa retreat.

🌿 Are these bundles beginner-friendly?

Absolutely!

We specifically build many of our bundles around plants that are easy to grow and forgiving for first-time plant parents. Plus, many bundles include our digital care guides so you'll know exactly what to do from day one.

🦟 Will carnivorous plants eliminate all my fungus gnats?

They're excellent natural hunters, but no plant can solve an infestation by itself.

For the best results, combine your carnivorous plants with good watering habits and proper plant care. Think of them as tiny, hardworking teammates—not miracle workers.

💧 What kind of water should I use?

Carnivorous Plants

  Only use distilled, rain, or reverse osmosis (RO) water.

  Avoid tap water unless you know it has a very low mineral content.

  Most do well with regular tap water in many areas, though filtered or rainwater is always appreciated.

We've carefully selected plants that have similar care needs whenever possible.

If there are any special requirements, they're clearly explained in the included care guide or product description.

❄️ Should I add a Heat Pack?

If temperatures anywhere along your shipping route are expected to be below 40°F (4°C), we strongly recommend adding a Heat Pack.

Plants may be tough, but they still prefer not to travel like frozen burritos.

Every plant is unique!

Your plant may vary slightly in size, color, or shape depending on the season and stage of growth. That's part of what makes living plants so special.

Rest assured—we only ship healthy, quality plants we'd be excited to receive ourselves.
