ⓘ Shipping Information
We use USPS or UPS for shipping, providing Door-to-Door service based on the carrier that is selected at checkout. Plants are carefully packaged based on their needs to arrive healthy and ready to join your plant collection. Shipping is typically Monday - Wednesday; we will occasionally hold plants until the next shipping cycle to prevent the plant sitting over the weekend in a carrier facility that is not heated/air conditioned.
❄︎ Cold weather protection
We care about your plants arriving safely even in cold seasons. 🌿
- Heat Pack is not included by default.
- If your local temperature is 50°F (10°C) or lower, we strongly recommend adding one for extra protection.

❧ Graptopetalum paraguayense---Ghost Plant description
🌱 Beginner-Friendly "Drama-free plant energy"
Drifted straight out of a watercolor. Rosettes in silvery blue, lavender and blush that deepen in bright light and cool weather.
What you get: 3 unrooted cuttings (no pot, no soil), plus a plant care card, a QR code to our free online plant guide, and a discount code for your next order.
Quick facts
- Difficulty: beginner-friendly, famously forgiving
- Light: partial to full sun
- Water: soak, then dry completely. Less in winter. Keep water out of the rosette
- Soil: cactus mix with perlite or pumice
- Outdoors in USDA Zones 9–11
- Mature size: about 12 inches
- Pet friendly
Trails beautifully from a pot. Low drama. High beauty. Zero haunting required.
Fresh out of the box: cuttings ship unrooted, with no soil, already dried and hardened so they're ready to root. After days in the dark they may drop a few leaves or lose some color. Pot in well-draining cactus mix and keep out of harsh direct sun until rooted. You'll know it's rooted when a gentle tug meets resistance.
Cold weather: heat packs are required November through February for the live arrival guarantee. Outside those months, if any stop on the route from California to you could drop below 50°F, add a heat pack. Plants are dramatic about frostbite, and honestly, fair.
Live arrival guarantee: if your plant shows up in rough shape, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. For an eligible claim we may provide a replacement when available, a refund to the original payment method, a partial refund, store credit, or care and recovery instructions when the issue is cosmetic or reversible. Heat packs are required November through February for the guarantee. Orders over $100 ship UPS or USPS with shipping insurance. Orders usually ship within a few days, Monday through Wednesday, so plants never sit in a carrier warehouse over a weekend (we may make an exception if you're close by, likely to receive it by Saturday, or the weather along the route is mild). Full shipping and refund policies are on our website. Every plant is nursery grown in California.
