ⓘ Shipping Information
We use USPS or UPS for shipping, providing Door-to-Door service based on the carrier that is selected at checkout. Plants are carefully packaged based on their needs to arrive healthy and ready to join your plant collection. Shipping is typically Monday - Wednesday; we will occasionally hold plants until the next shipping cycle to prevent the plant sitting over the weekend in a carrier facility that is not heated/air conditioned.

❧ Echeveria runyonii 'Topsy Turvy'---Topsy Turvy Succulent description
🌱 Beginner-Friendly "Drama-free plant energy"
The succulent equivalent of a funhouse mirror with great bone structure. Silvery-blue leaves that curl backward like it's doing it on purpose. It is.
What you get: 1 live plant, about 3 inches, shipped bare root (no pot, no soil), plus a plant care card, a QR code to our free online plant guide, and a discount code for your next order.
Quick facts
- Difficulty: beginner-friendly
- Light: full sun to partial shade. More light, more sculptural curl
- Water: thoroughly, only when completely dry. Overwatering is a total vibe killer
- Soil: cactus mix with extra perlite or pumice
- Outdoors in USDA Zones 9–11
- Mature size: about 8 inches
- Pet friendly
For anyone whose plant aesthetic says "chaotic good." Straight-laced plants are overrated.
Fresh out of the box: ships bare root with no soil or pot. Pot into dry, fast-draining cactus mix, wait about a week before the first watering, and ease it back into bright light.
Cold weather: heat packs are required November through February for the live arrival guarantee. Outside those months, if any stop on the route from California to you could drop below 50°F, add a heat pack. Plants are dramatic about frostbite, and honestly, fair.
Live arrival guarantee: if your plant shows up in rough shape, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. For an eligible claim we may provide a replacement when available, a refund to the original payment method, a partial refund, store credit, or care and recovery instructions when the issue is cosmetic or reversible. Heat packs are required November through February for the guarantee. Orders over $100 ship UPS or USPS with shipping insurance. Orders usually ship within a few days, Monday through Wednesday, so plants never sit in a carrier warehouse over a weekend (we may make an exception if you're close by, likely to receive it by Saturday, or the weather along the route is mild). Full shipping and refund policies are on our website. Every plant is nursery grown in California.
